NOBLE PIE Parlor Celebrates Third Year in Business with Multi-Faceted Expansion
Noble appetites throughout northern Nevada are happy. NOBLE PIE Parlor (NPP) partners Trevor Leppek and Ryan Goldhammer have expanded the artisan pizzeria’s features with an expanded interior, full cocktail bar, new weekend brunch hours and offerings, plus event space in the historic Trocadero Room.
NOBLE PIE Parlor has added a “Bar Nook,” built from eco-conscious reclaimed wood and whiskey barrels, which will serve up specialty, beer-based and classic cocktails created from housemade mixers and selections from the full bar, along with their handpicked beer and wine selection. The new Bar Nook provides a feeling of enclosure for up to 10 people, with additional standing room available for up to 6 more.
Expanded seating can also be found in their dining area, which was reconstructed to increase capacity to 50 people. Raw oak slabs recreated the banquet seating along Noble’s interior walls, which themselves showcase a wider array of local art – including a large mural paying homage to their signature pie-faced icon.
Beginning mid-March, an expanded brunch menu is offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. To wash down the slices, wings and other mouthwatering plates, guests can choose from $10 bottomless mimosas, or create the perfect Bloody Mary from their new Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar.
Already located in one of the most historic locales in downtown Reno, the El Cortez Hotel, NPP will revitalize the Trocadero Banquet Hall and Showroom directly behind the restaurant, which in its heyday had the likes of the Rat Pack, Elvis Presley, and many other musical legends perform on its stage. Leppek and Goldhammer will breathe new life into the showroom by adding new lighting; curtains; a small, full-service bar; and satellite bar with beer, wine and shots. The space will host Rock ‘n’ Roll Bingo weekly.
Known for their handcrafted and oven-fired pizzas, high-quality ingredients, award-winning wings, NOBLE PIE Parlor makes nearly every item served from scratch using locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Located at 239 West Second Street in downtown Reno, hours are: 11 a.m. – midnight, Monday and Tuesday; 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. Wednesday; 11 a.m. – 3 a.m.* on Thursday, 11 a.m. – 5 a.m.* Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Sunday.
