At Toucan Charlie’s Buffet & Grille, enjoy an endless brunch complete with champagne from 10 am – 3 pm, or celebrate Easter with the dinner buffet from 3 pm – 9 pm; $26.99 for adults and $14.99 for children (ages 4-10). Let the chefs at the Purple Parrot take care of all your dining desires with a three course prix-fixe menu featuring your choice of baked ham or prime rib for $15.99. For fine dining this Easter, try the king salmon with grilled vegetables at the Atlantis Steak House starting at $55, or indulge in the New Zealand rack of lamb with sautéed fingerling potatoes at Bistro Napa from $52.

John Ascuaga’s Nugget

The Nugget is offering two buffets for Easter, complete with eggs Benedict, prime rib, build your omelet station and much more at the Rotisserie Buffet from 8 am -2 pm, and at the Rose Ball Room from 9 am – 2 pm; $21.95 for adults and $11.95 for children (ages 5-11). From 10 am – 4 pm Restaurante Orozko invites you to try  unique brunch entrées such as, pan seared salmon with fresh ginger lemongrass and breaded pork cutlets; $29.95 for adults and $15.95 for children (ages 11 and under). Treat your palate to the special Eater menu at Trader Dick’s with marinated breast of duck for $29.95, or the spring lamb stew in a bread bowl for $12.95 at Rosie’s Café.

Silver Legacy Resort Casino

Delight your taste buds at the Silver Baron Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch from 9 am – 3 pm where you’ll find everything from honey baked bone-in ham, to breast of chicken with porcini sauce, to pacific salmon, all for $20.49 for adults and $9.99 for children. At Sterling’s Seafood Steakhouse, dine on king crab legs, blue point oysters and black peppercorn roasted New York strip steak for $35 for adults and $17.50 for children (ages 6-12), or savor the leg of lamb with mint sauce or honey glazed ham with mashed potatoes for $13.50 at Café Sedona’s.

Join the Peppermill for Easter dining celebrations; featuring, chilled jumbo prawns and New Zealand lamb chops for $33.95 for adults and $15.95 for children (ages 4-11) during Easter Brunch Toscanna at Biscotti’s; prepared to order eggs and omelets, along with Asian and Southwester stations from 9 am – 9 pm at The Island Buffet for $24.99 per guest, $12.95 for children (ages 4-11); pan roasted Alaskan Halibut and a perfect pairing of wine at Bimini Steakhouse for $51.95; pan seared Chilean sea bass at Oceano for $26.95; braised Kobe beef short ribs at Romanza Ristorante for $38.95; or slow roasted leg of lamb at Café Milano for $19.95.

Western Village

Whether you are in the mood for a fine steak dinner or a festive Mexican feast this Easter, you’ll find it at the Western Village. The Steak House at Western Village presents a three-course dinner with an entrée of filet mignon and prawns or pan-seared Chilean sea bass for $29.99, while Pancho & Willies offers a three-course menu with pan-seared Atlantic salmon for $24.95.

Grand Sierra Resort

Allow the Grand Sierra Resort to take care of all your Easter dining needs with a variety of spring delicacies; including, roasted leg of lamb or basil crusted sea scallops at Briscola; prime rib roast with blue cheese gratin at Café Sierra for $24.99; a three-course menu with lobster stuffed baby artichokes at Charlie Palmer Steak; or the vast breakfast and lunch selections at The Lodge Buffet for $19.99.

Eldorado Reno

The Buffet at the Eldorado is pulling out all the stops to serve guests a delectable Champagne brunch this Easter Sunday. This robust Champagne brunch is served from 8am to 3pm and is just $21.99 for adults, $11.99 for children age four to 10 and $16.99 for Club Eldorado gold card members and above. Roxy is presenting a three course menu this Easter Sunday starting at 5pm. For $38 per person, guests will choose a first course of either warm asparagus salad with prosciutto, crisp shallots and Meyer lemon vinaigrette; or “Easter egg soup.” Second course options include an olive crusted leg of Colorado lamb with roasted heirloom potatoes, fava leaves and rosemary jus; slow roasted prime rib of beef au jus served with grilled asparagus and a colossal baked potato with all the fixings; or grilled swordfish with English peas, baby carrots and mint gremolata. The featured dessert is carrot cake with mascarpone frosting, bourbon caramel sauce and a caramel filled chocolate egg. At Tivoli Gardens guests can select one of three delectable entrées plus soup or salad and strawberry cream puff for dessert for just $12.95 per person, available from 11am to 11pm. The entrée choices include roasted leg of lamb with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables; pineapple glazed ham with potato au gratin and fresh vegetables; or griddled cod with tomato Basilico sauce, rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.

Circus Circus

Bring the whole family in to enjoy brunch or dinner with the Bunny, in the Courtyard Buffet, on Saturday, April 7 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., or 5 – 8 p.m. The Bunny will be hopping around giving away treats and 2-for-1 Midway Plays. Be sure to bring your camera so you can take photos! Help out the Food Bank of Northern Nevada by bringing in nonperishable food items. Don’t miss out on the Giant Easter Egg cake that will be served, on the casino floor, by the Cabaret, from 2 – 3 p.m., or while the cake lasts! This egg will certainly be the largest, most delicious and hardest to hide Easter egg you’ll enjoy this year! Enjoy a relaxing Easter brunch buffet along the pristine shores of Lake Tahoe at the Lone Eagle Grill at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. From the omelet, pancake and carving stations to the international dessert presentation and trio of chocolate fondue corner, you’ll find everything you need to delight in a memorable brunch with your loved ones.
